The local dive... over 20 years this husband and wife have diligently served Heber City... they are adored and adorned with 5 stars for that alone, but their sesame chicken is an AA addicting... the sautés are perfect each and every time...

We were very reluctant to eat there based on the first impression from the dirty menus and table! We spoke to several people around use who stated they enjoyed the food there, so we decided to stay. The vegetables were fresh and the chicken was tender. I enjoyed the egg drop soup, as well. The lady running the place was working alone and was obviously overwhelmed. I feel 3 stars is a generous rating based on the cleanliness! One of our party was given a fork with dried food on it.

The general Tso's chicken is the absolute best ever not the generic sauce this is house made and my favorite... I've lived all over the us and this is my favorite Chinese place

I'm rounding up on this review because of the good experiences I've had over the years (and with hope they'll do some cleaning and make some changes). Over the years generally the food has been pretty good. Granted the ambiance could use some serious updating and it has never been the cleanest environment. The flavor has outweighed the sad surroundings. Unfortunately today the place was just downright dirty. There was food in the floor, the menus were grimy, and the walls were in need of a good washing. I can stand all of that but I cannot handle a dirty glass caked with nastiness! All said, the spicy pepper beef and hot and sour soup we're still good. I'm just thirsty because I could not bring myself to drink out of the dirty glass today!
